Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Thousand Palms, California. This role involves reviewing and processing applications for paratransit bus services, ensuring compliance with established guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Review applications for paratransit bus services to verify accuracy and completeness.

Evaluate applicant information and determine eligibility based on company guidelines.

Communicate application decisions, including approvals and denials, in a thorough and timely manner.

Maintain detailed electronic records and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Provide clear and helpful guidance to applicants regarding procedures and requirements.

Respond to inquiries and address concerns with excellent customer service.

Collaborate with team members to streamline application processing and enhance overall efficiency.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the application process. Requirements - Proficiency in computer operations, including data entry and relevant software applications.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

Previous experience in administrative roles or application processing is preferred.

Ability to handle inbound calls and provide attentive assistance.

Familiarity with administrative office tasks and record management.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
