Description We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join our team in Palm Desert, California. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to support daily office operations and contribute to a well-organized work environment. The role requires someone who excels in administrative tasks and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage physical and electronic filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible and properly stored.

Scan paper documents and upload them into digital systems for efficient record-keeping.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Provide administrative assistance to support office operations as needed.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Ensure adherence to established office procedures and protocols.

Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to address inquiries and facilitate office tasks.

Organize files and maintain orderly record systems.

Assist in preparing documents and reports as required. Requirements - Fluency in both Spanish and English, including written and oral communication.

At least 1 year of experience in office or administrative roles.

Proficiency in document scanning and organizing files.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Reliability and a detail-oriented approach in the workplace.

Commitment to completing the assignment duration.
