In this high-visibility role, you'll oversee 8 Micro-Kitchens and 2 premium cafes, leading a specialized team of up to 10 in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. Ditch the late nights and weekends for a premier Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM schedule where culinary creativity meets cutting-edge corporate culture.

What You'll Do

Micro-Kitchen Mastery: Drivehospitality excellence across 8 Micro-Kitchens and 2 premium cafes.

Operational Excellence: Mastermind daily front-of-house operations to ensure a world-class guest experience.

Financial Oversight: Meet financial targets through expert management of cash-handling and POS systems.

Relationship Building: Cultivate elite partnerships with our tech-sector clients and customers.

Team Leadership: Mentor and coach, a team of up to 10 frontline employees to peak performance.

Safety Compliance: Maintain rigorous safety and service standards across all service points.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
