Project Coordinator- Entry Level

NOW HIRING! New role supports a large-scale healthcare technology initiative focused on coordinating device deployments and readiness activities across hospital and outpatient locations. The position involves working closely with site contacts, project teams, and technical staff to gather environment details, schedule deployments, track inventory, and ensure equipment is staged and delivered to the right locations at the right time. The coordinator maintains deployment trackers and documentation, supports communication between stakeholders, and helps keep timelines and logistics on track, while also assisting with light hands-on deployment activities as needed in a fast-paced healthcare environment. *Please note rate and ONSITE deployment experience required before applying.

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
