Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Demonstrates our core values: - Safety - Integrity - Service - Stewardship - Teamwork

Calendar management (director, manager, departmental, team) and schedule support.

May administer timekeeping for payroll, initiate requisitions and order office supplies, make travel/food/room arrangements for meetings and conferences, and prepare travel reimbursement forms.

Creates meeting agendas and takes minutes. Creates presentations with Power Point.

Calculates and compiles data for monthly or other reports.

Performs electronic and hard copy document management, including departmental archiving.

Provides excellent customer service, primarily internal in nature. Fields, records, triages, tracks, responds promptly to and resolves internal and external customer inquiries by telephone, electronically, or face to face. Evaluates urgency, importance, and priority of service issues. Directs requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate designated resource. Follows up on customer interactions as appropriate.

Supports other administrative positions as relevant --i.e. -- registration.

May maintain relevant departmental forms databases.

Other relevant duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Education

High School required

or equivalent required

one to two years related experience required

training: or equivalent combination of education and experience in area supporting. required

Experience

1-3 years using word processing and spreadsheet software required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. required

Ability to write basic correspondence. required

Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and other co-workers. required

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. required

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs. required

Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists. required

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions finished in written oral, diagram or schedule form. required
