Responsibilities

Support platelet donor engagement strategy to grow donor base, increase frequency, and recruit new donors.

Collect and assist with data analysis to determine departmental needs and strategy to achieve budgeted platelet collection goals.

Prepare, assemble, and send daily reports that are essential to driving collections strategy and decision making for cross-functional audiences.

Collaborate with IT and MIO to improve reporting, including automation, when possible.

Under direction of the PPM, create platelet donor communications and execute campaigns.

As needed, attend team huddles and/or communicate strategy to increase collections and ensure clear communications across teams.

Aid in analyzing, forecasting, and modeling daily apheresis appointment needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to review and/or adjust engagement plan and ad hoc activities in response to changing inventory and customer demand.

Assist PPM in execution and fulfillment of the platelet donor frequency program and monitor to ensure effectiveness.

Offer recommendations for the development and improvement of departmental procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

HS Diploma or equivalent required

Associate's Degree in marketing, business or related field preferred

Two (2) years post-education work experience preferred

Must be computer literate and able to utilize the necessary software and hardware to perform the functions of the job and access company communications required
