Front Desk Coordinator

Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Scarsdale, New York. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth and attentive communication. The position requires strong organizational and administrative skills to manage daily front desk operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and addressing inquiries with a detail-oriented approach.

Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Provide administrative support, including scheduling and document preparation.

Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Organize and distribute mail and other correspondence efficiently.

Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and organized at all times.

Assist with coordinating daily schedules and appointments.

Perform additional clerical tasks as needed to support office operations. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or front desk coordination.

Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.

Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data entry.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for record-keeping and documentation.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
