Position Summary...
The Manager, Supply Planning, leads the development and execution of replenishment strategies to optimize inventory flow and operational efficiency. This role leverages advanced data analysis and industry insights to inform decision-making, address supply challenges, and enhance supplier performance. Collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, the manager drives continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining financial discipline. The position requires strategic acumen, strong business partnering, and a commitment to operational excellence to support seamless supply chain operations and deliver value to the organization.

Our team ensures the seamless flow of adult beverage products by managing the supply chain from producers to distributors. We focus on timely deliveries while optimizing costs, inventory, and space. Collaborating across all supply network levels, we build strong partnerships that enhance efficiency and operational excellence. Leveraging data analysis, strategic planning, and financial management, the team drives informed decisions to maintain reliability and meet business goals. This collaborative environment supports continuous improvement and effective communication to address challenges and deliver consistent results.
What you'll do...
Analyze merchandise sales data and industry trends to inform supply planning decisions and optimize inventory levels.
Develop replenishment plans in collaboration with Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain partners to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor and address supply chain performance issues, providing timely feedback and corrective action plans to suppliers.
Leverage data analytics tools to generate insights, support strategic decision-making, and improve forecasting accuracy.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to resolve supply disruptions and enhance network capacity and logistics.
Evaluate financial impacts of supply chain actions and support business case development for cost savings.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and inventory management.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in supply chain management and replenishment planning to optimize inventory and operational efficiency.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in digital tools and data analysis techniques to evaluate business performance and drive actionable outcomes.
Solid financial management knowledge, including profit and loss analysis and budget planning.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Experience in identifying process improvements and resolving supply chain challenges to enhance overall performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
