Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the food production industry, is seeking a 3rd shift production worker packer to join their team. As a 3rd shift production worker packer, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the efficient and safe manufacturing of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd shift production worker packer

Location: Hot Springs, AR

Pay Range: $19.34

Shift: Night shift, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday

What's the Job?

Perform physical tasks including lifting 50 to 80-pound bags repeatedly and stacking them onto pallets or loading into machines.

Accurately record all raw materials, machine operations, and finished goods in batch records.

Identify and adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and ensure optimal production efficiency.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including cleaning equipment and organizing supplies.

Operate forklifts safely and effectively, passing required certification tests.

What's Needed?

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write basic correspondence.

Basic math skills for formulation and measurement tasks.

Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Ability to pass drug screening and background checks as per company policies.
