We are looking for a Director, Finance - Customer Agreement Team (CAT) who will help shape long-term customer growth strategies, strengthen commercial decision-making, and elevate the financial rigor that supports winning with customers across the Foodservice and On-Premise channel. This role sits at the intersection of commercial finance, strategic partnership, investment evaluation, and customer value creation-supporting our mission to drive sustainable, profitable growth across the region.
In this position, you will provide end-to-end financial support for new business opportunities, customer renewals, category expansion, pricing strategy, and long-range financial planning. You will collaborate across key areas such as planning, operations, innovation, customer teams, and capability building to ensure decisions are grounded in data-driven insights and aligned to our long-term growth agenda. What You'll Do for Us
Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision-support tools that guide customer negotiations, new business proposals, renewals, and strategic investments within the Foodservice and On-Premise business.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams-including Innovation, Pricing, Commercial, Customer Teams, Operations, and Strategic Planning-to develop holistic financial insights that enable stronger business outcomes.
Provide commercial finance leadership across long-range planning, annual business planning, customer value creation strategies, and category or product expansion assessments.
Support deal development by translating business objectives into actionable financial frameworks, clarifying risk and opportunity areas, and ensuring strategic alignment with the Operating Unit's growth ambitions.
Deliver clear and compelling recommendations to senior leaders by synthesizing data, simplifying complex analytics, and outlining financial implications that support strategic decision-making.
Partner with customer teams to evaluate investment frameworks, profitability drivers, and pricing scenarios that strengthen customer partnership strategies and reinforce enterprise value creation.
Drive ad-hoc financial analyses, performance insights, and opportunity assessments that support rapid decision-making across the Foodservice and On-Premise organization.
Identify and activate opportunities to enhance the commercial finance capability across the Customer Agreement Team through improved tools, processes, and digital adoption.
Bring an enterprise mindset that balances customer needs with long-term system health, ensuring recommendations reflect both strategic priorities and operational realities.
Champion accuracy, transparency, and accountability through consistent financial governance, modeling discipline, and adherence to enterprise standards.
Collaborate with Analytics and Digital partners to increase automation, integrate AI-enabled insights, and enhance financial modeling through modernized tools and data visualization platforms.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders by proactively engaging, communicating with clarity, and fostering transparent dialogue across teams.
Contribute to capability building by mentoring team members, sharing best practices, and helping strengthen commercial finance acumen across the broader organization.
Support continuous improvement efforts that streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and enable greater strategic focus within the Customer Agreement Team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in financial strategy, commercial finance, deal modeling, investment analysis, or similar roles with proven ability to influence decisions.
Strong capability in complex financial modeling, scenario planning, profitability analysis, and value-based decision support.
Experience partnering with commercial, customer, or sales teams to support negotiations, investment choices, and long-term customer planning.
Digital fluency, including comfort with data analytics tools, financial systems, visualization platforms, AI-enhanced insights, and modern enterprise technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to assess business challenges holistically and develop forward-looking financial recommendations that balance risk, opportunity, and strategic value.
Strong project leadership skills, with ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, deliver high-quality outputs, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to distill complex financial insights into simple, compelling messages for senior leadership and non-financial audiences.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining accuracy and strategic focus.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including ability to build trust, manage expectations, and collaborate across diverse teams and levels.
Experience supporting pricing strategy, investment frameworks, customer deal development, or commercial transformation initiatives is preferred.
Master's degree, CPA, or related advanced credential preferred but not required.

Pay Range:$148,000 - $169,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
