Our client is seeking an Associate Planner to join their team. As an Associate Planner, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the scheduling and inventory management teams.

Job Title: Associate Planner

Location: Scarborough, ME

Contract: 9 Months Contract / 100% Onsite

Pay Range: Based on experience

What's the Job?

Analyze planning requirements and initiate appropriate actions to support production schedules and material demand.

Plan, order, and manage inventory and materials efficiently.

Serve as a liaison with other departments to minimize impact on schedules.

Act as the point of contact for production and material-related concerns and communications.

Support departmental goals through administrative and tactical execution of tasks as directed by the department manager.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Relevant experience or exposure within a regulated environment demonstrating core responsibilities.

Ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately communicate.

Strong interpersonal and professional relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in using databases and computer software, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
