Job Title: Senior Laboratory Technician

Location: Princeton , NJ

Type: Contract

Compensation: $25-30/hr

Hours: M-F 8:30 -4:30

Must haves:

BS Degree in any related Science (Chemistry Degree preferred but Life Sciences is ok)

At Least 6 months of lab experience in home care, personal care or any science related industry

Preference is for experience with wet chemistry (pH, viscosity, titrations, etc.) and proficiencies with using an analytical balance and mixing

Must be comfortable with Lab upkeep - e.g. logging in ingredients and lab maintenance and clean up

Some Batching experience a plus

Must be comfortable with some routine work (e.g. weekly studies)

Must be comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs.

Must be able to work in a fast paced, high priority environment

Must be able to work under Chemist's direction with attention to detail

Strong Work Ethic

Willingness to Learn, shows interest, energetic personality!

Responsibilities:

Support Scientists in exploring new technologies and new methods for transformational Pet care products

Prepare pet care litter and additive product proto@types, perform proto@type evaluations, conduct stability testing and other laboratory experiments

Support Chemist with day to day laboratory and consumer experience related tasks
