Property Administrator

Description We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. This role involves creating a positive workplace experience by overseeing daily property operations and ensuring smooth administrative support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact by handling receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.

Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Assist with organizing workplace events and activities to enhance employee engagement.

Maintain accurate records of property-related documents and update databases as needed.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Monitor workplace supplies and manage inventory to meet operational needs.

Address tenant inquiries and work to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Support property management in preparing reports and tracking expenses.

Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.

Provide general administrative assistance to support daily operations. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in property administration or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and customer service practices.

Proficiency in using office software and tools for daily tasks.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.

Detail-oriented approach to handling administrative responsibilities.
