Rupal Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and efficient Housekeeper to join our team at our hotel, voco The Cadence, in Niagara Falls, New York. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel is maintained at a high standard. This is a full-time, hourly position and the ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits: The Housekeeper role at Rupal Hospitality offers a competitive hourly rate of $15 to $16 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces Stock and organize supply closets and carts with necessary cleaning supplies and amenities Ensure all areas of the hotel, including common areas and guest rooms, are free of debris and clutter Report any maintenance or repair issues to management promptly Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner Complete other tasks assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and standards High school diploma or equivalent required
