One Family.## Purpose StatementWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Customer Marketing Intern to join our Retail Customer Marketing team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support customer-focused marketing initiatives that drive retailer conversations and category growth. The intern will assist with customer-specific insights, data analysis, sales enablement materials, and product launch support while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, and Marketing teams. This role is ideal for a student looking to build a career in customer marketing, retail strategy, or the CPG food industry, and to gain practical experience translating data into compelling, customer-ready stories.This internship will begin inMay 2026, approximately 15-29 hours per week during the summer, with the possibility of extending into the fall. The role will be hybrid and based at our world headquarters in Buffalo, NY.## Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Data Analysis: Support customerspecific data requests by identifying trends, analyzing POS data, and summarizing retail and shopper insights. Product Launch: Assist with product launch and concept testing initiatives, including compiling results and preparing sales materials. Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail. Marketing Support: Assist with various administrative dutiesincluding maintaining monthly trend decks, sample request fulfillment, presentation preparation, tradeshow planning,and meeting support.#CORP123## Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel; comfort interpreting data and trends. Proficiency in the MS office suite with the ability to build clear, professional business presentations in Powerpoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Interest in retail, CPG, food industry marketing, or category management. * Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g., Circana, Datassential) is a plus but not required.COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
