We're looking for reliable, hands-on team players to join our production team. You won't just be assembling or painting parts - you're helping create the systems that power the aerospace industry. What You'll Do
Bring your hands-on skills and a great attitude to help us build the best in aerospace manufacturing. Whether you have prior production experience or are eager to get started, you'll be trained to:
Use airbrushes, HVLP spray guns, screening tables, gun washing equipment, paint booths, measuring equipment and ovens
Perform spraying of clear coat, paint on fronts and backs, paint for finals, paint I, paint on Avionics, paint on GDLS
Perform screening on panels, metal, and GDLS
Balance INCN and EL panels, Avionics product, and GDLS
Perform all sanding and flipping tasks
Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality production
Work with a collaborative team to solve problems and keep production moving
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help streamline processes
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team
Use basic computer systems and software to track production, document work completed, and follow up on tasks as needed
Previous manufacturing or paint experience is helpful but not required

Skills
Language Skills
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence. Must possess the ability to effectively present information one-on-one, in a small group situation, to customers, and/or other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to understand manufacturing concepts, as they relate to all job tasks, within the paint department. Possess superior problem solving skills.
Physical Demands *
While performing the duties of this job the employee is continually required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and or arms to pull handles and push buttons and reach objects. Must be able to use an airbrush and HVLP gun. Requirements may also include repetitive motions, climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching or crawling. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation
$18.50-$24.50/hour
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check, and applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.
