As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support staff, patients, and visitors through strong customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching appropriate notifications and supporting staff with de-escalation when needed.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, documenting observations and completing reports in accordance with site requirements.

Support facility operations by assisting with wayfinding, managing visitor traffic, and coordinating with clinical and facilities teams during routine and non-routine events.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card/license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
