Continue growing your career as a Material Compliance Engineer where you'll ensure that all products meet applicable environmental, regulatory, and material-use standards.

Are You Looking To

Review and interpret both U.S. and international material-compliance regulations, including RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, CMRT, and SCIP requirements for electronic components.

Partner with engineering and development teams to confirm that new and existing products align with material-related regulations, and coordinate corrective actions when issues arise.

Gather, evaluate, and maintain material-content data using internal systems and Excel-based tools.

Are You Ready To

Create, organize, and update compliance documentation, including material assessments and customer submissions.

Communicate with suppliers to request material declarations and conflict-minerals data, track responses, and validate incoming information.

Support the development and upkeep of internal material-compliance procedures and assist in providing training to other departments.

Job Requirements: What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Ability to interpret regulatory standards and advise stakeholders on compliance expectations.

1-3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Occasional travel as needed or directed by leadership.

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency status.

This is a Permanent position based out of Owatonna, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
