Marketing Administrative Assistant

Temporary assignment until mid May, potential early June

Reports to Director of Marketing

3-4 days/week (T/W/Th and possibly F)

Assist the dealer marketing team (T/Th/F):

o Coordinate and liaise sales requests such as flyers, marketing brochures, etc.

o Assist with marketing materials ordering site, including inventory, order approvals, assisting with orders, etc.

o Assist with the SPIFF and rebate programs, including setup, reporting and customer service

o Assist with sweepstakes programs, including setup, reporting and customer service

o Assist with customer communication, including email blasts, physical mailings and distribution lists

Assist the event planning team with planning for the National Sales Meeting (T/Th):

o Help with attendee list requirements (i.e. name badges, welcome packs, etc.)

o Help coordinate event dinners

o Help research and source gifts and trophies

o Work with event manager and site contacts to develop and execute event activities.

Assist the digital marketing team (W):

o Upload and organize digital assets onto the DAMS

o Download archive assets from the DAMS and organize back-up hard drives

Expectations:

o Event coordination experience

o Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat

o Knowledgeable in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Canva are a plus

o Comfortable communicating with all levels of staff including other coordinators, customers and executives

o Previous experience in a marketing environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
