Job Title - Administrative Assistant

Whats in it for you?

Payrate: $18-$20hr

Shift: 8-4pm Mon-Thurs, Possible half day Friday

What will you be doing?

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal records.

Process invoices, expense reports, and basic financial documentation.

Ensure documents and records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored.

What do you bring?

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
