Cash Applications Specialist

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Process cash matching between banking and accounting for receivables, payables, and payroll for multiple accounts daily.

· Work with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll and field Billing and Collection teams to research variances.

· Set up appropriate accruals during month-end close.

· Perform periodic audits of the general ledger and company financial documents.

· Identify process efficiencies and assist with automation projects where possible.

· Provide support documentation for annual audits.

Requirements:

· Associate or Bachelor degree in finance or accounting preferred but not required.

· Prior experience in accounts receivable and cash applications.

· Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives.

· Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.
