We are seeking an Administrative Business Partner to support the Aladdin Product Engineering organization, based in New York.
Summary :
The Aladdin Product Engineering organization is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to support senior leaders within the team. We are looking for a great teammate with a positive, proactive attitude who is deeply motivated and able to thrive in a busy working environment with senior leaders, scale across large teams, and partner with other administrative professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate thoughtful management of team members' time against priorities and ensurethat they are prepared for meetings, includinganticipatingconflicts and making recommendationsregardingcalendarprioritization, delegation, and organization.
Arrange and oversee travel (flights, hotels, cars, etc.) using Concur andanticipateany necessary background materials needed in advance of their meetings, i.e., detailed travel itinerary, directions and verified meeting/contact details.
Ability todemonstrateflexibility and problem-solving skills to adjust andprioritizeschedules based on last-minute changes.
Drivekey deliverables and open items to completion, adeptly managing complex and high-volume calendars and providing strategic calendar management support.
Serveas the main point of contact for external visitors and coordinate with operational teams to ensure compliance with security protocol/procedures.
Ability to handle sensitive matters witha high levelof confidentiality and discretion.
Understanding the team's priorities and strategies andoptimizingyour role in administration to support these goals.
Partner closely with leads and COO to organize and handlelogisticsfor internal/external meetings, team events, strategy sessions, and town halls.
Build andmaintaingood business relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organization.
Skills & Qualifications :
A minimum of2-4years ofrelevantadministrative experience.
The abilityto beforward thinking:identifywhat needs to be done and act before being asked.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ahigh-levelof emotional intelligence.
A strongproficiencyin Microsoft office and collaboration tools; a curiosity innew technology.
A proactive mindset, capable ofidentifyingoperational efficiency and implementing new procedures, approaches, and technology to make improvements across the team.
Absolute discretion andappropriate handlingofhighly sensitiveand confidential information alongsidedemonstratingthe highest standard of conduct, performance, and business ethics.
Proficiencyworking with automated expense tracking and onlinetravel;experience using Concur preferred.
Communicates with a can-do attitude, whileremainingagile and flexible to understanding priorities anddemonstratingthe ability to stay composed under pressure.
For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$76,000.00 - USD$145,000.00 which is the equivalent of USD$36.54 - USD$69.71 per hour. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
