Description We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Majors Tenant Lease Analysts and Legal Pursuits team by managing critical administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Majors Tenant Lease Analysts, including handling documentation, reviewing charges, completing forms, and managing address updates.

Support the Legal and Majors teams by coordinating daily workflow activities and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Process legal fees efficiently and prepare detailed legal and collection packets.

Organize, compile, and maintain essential documentation needed for legal proceedings.

Assist Lease Analysts with data entry, preparation of documents, and follow-up on various tasks.

Ensure all administrative processes are accurate and completed within set deadlines.

Handle general account-related administrative responsibilities to facilitate smooth operations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and effective communication across departments. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Comfortable working in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and provide proactive support.
