Job Details: $0.46 - $0.51 per mile Detention pay per hour: $20 - $25 Drop and hook per stop: $23 Live load/unload per stop: $50 Live Lifts over 1 hour: $15 Hazmat per load: $25 Refrigerated per load: $30 Layover per hour up to 5 hours: $20 Driver assist per load: $25 Empty move per load: $15 Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20 Rail delay per hour: $20 Refused delivery per load: $40 - If mileage exceeds 25 miles back to yard, an additional $35 is added Truck order not used: $20 Waiting on truck per hour: $20 Chassis flips per hour: $20 Spotting work per move: $5 Yard work per hour: $20 Excessive Dunnage: $15 Equipment or driver recovery: $25 Safety training pay per hour: $22 Virtual Safety Training per hour: $20 New hire training pay per day: $250?? Jury/Bereavement pay per day: $175??????????????
