2nd Shift Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor

Kelly is currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor to lead shop floor operations and oversee the fabrication team on 2nd shift in Farmington, CT! This role ensures safety, quality, and productivity in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise shop floor personnel in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and support corrective actions as needed.

Manage daily production schedule and resource allocation to meet OTD, quality, and productivity goals.

Support new product introductions and process improvements.

Oversee employee scheduling, training, development, and safety compliance.

Forecast department needs and assist in hiring and equipment planning.

Drive lean manufacturing (SYNCHRO) and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications:

Supervisory experience in manufacturing required.

Experience with manufacturing machinery products, SYNCHRO, and SAP (or similar systems) a plus.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12am (will be on 1 st shift during training 7am - 3:30pm)
