What You'll Do

Guide Inbound Leads - Be the first voice customers hear when they reach out to us.

Understand Needs - Ask questions, listen closely, and personalize each solution to the customer's unique situation.

Follow Up & Build Relationships - Make 30-50 calls per day to stay in touch, offer insight, and create a smooth customer experience.

Stay Coachable - Embrace feedback, stay curious, and keep learning.

Meet Sales Goals - Track your progress and help drive the success of your team.

What We're Looking For

Great People Skills - You're friendly, attentive, and enjoy engaging with others.

Strong Communicator - Confident and clear on the phone, over email, and through text.

Adaptable & Quick-Learning - You're hungry to learn and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Tech-Savvy - Typing 30+ WPM and familiar with Google Suite and CRM tools.
