Industrial Assembler - 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities

Build meaningful, hands-on products while growing your mechanical skill set. We're hiring reliable Industrial Assemblers to help construct high-quality test filtration equipment in a clean, supportive shop environment.

What You'll Do

You'll assemble and build equipment using clear blueprints and instructions while working with a variety of tools and components.

Your daily tasks will include:

Assembling machinery according to blueprints

Installing and aligning motors, pumps, pipes, and electrical components

Drilling, tapping, fastening, and adjusting parts using hand and power tools

Inspecting assembled parts to ensure proper fit and function

Testing finished units and making adjustments as needed

What You Bring

Experience in mechanical assembly or machine building

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Strong skills with hand and power tools

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Basic understanding of hydraulic systems

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Welding or fabrication experience

Electrical or wiring knowledge

Preventive maintenance experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
