Hospital Systems Intern - 2026 Summer Internship

Duties and Responsibilities:

The project may include any of the following tasks:

Develop and implement project workplansand setmilestonesto measure success

Identifyrelevantanalysesto support projects and collaborate withvariousAnalytics teams

Identifyactionable insights from data analytics

Work with partners to research underlying issues driving health outcomes

Participate in strategic planningsessions

ConductCMS and State regulations review

Conduct interviewsofinternal and external stakeholders

Develop recommendations for future Healthfirst initiatives and priorities

Present recommendations to internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Mastersor aPh.D.candidate(or working towards)

Pursuing a business or a healthcare administration degree

Project Management Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

Astudentin a graduate program inan accredited institution orhavegraduated within 12 months of the program.

Will not require sponsorship for employment

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA from an accredited school
