You Are
A warehouse and supply chain professional with foundational SAP EWM knowledge and hands-on operational exposure. You bring practical experience from a warehouse or client-side environment and are eager to expand your expertise in SAP EWM and consulting.
You are developing your ability to connect operational processes to system functionality and business outcomes. You are comfortable contributing to workstreams under guidance and are motivated to deepen both your technical knowledge and consulting skills.
You are curious, coachable, and excited to grow within a consulting environment.
The Work
Support the design and implementation of SAP EWM solutions to enhance warehouse execution and inventory management.
Assist in documenting current-state warehouse processes across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
Contribute to process analysis efforts to identify improvement opportunities across people, process, data, and systems.
Support configuration and testing activities within SAP EWM, including core areas such as inbound/outbound processing, RF/mobile transactions, and inventory movements.
Participate in integration discussions between EWM and ERP (S/4HANA) or adjacent systems, building understanding of end-to-end supply chain flows.
Assist in preparing functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
Support data analysis activities to identify productivity, service, and inventory improvement opportunities.
Participate in client workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings, contributing insights from operational experience.
Support end-user training and adoption efforts by reinforcing warehouse process discipline and system best practices.
Actively develop consulting capabilities, including structured problem solving, stakeholder communication, and business writing.
Here's What You Need
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, including exposure to SAP EWM or similar warehouse management systems.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience, either in a support, key-user, super-user, or implementation support capacity.
Bonus Points If
Foundational understanding of core warehouse execution processes (inbound, outbound, inventory movements, picking, packing).
Interest in expanding knowledge of advanced EWM topics such as POSC, integration methods, labor management, and system design.
Strong willingness to learn and grow within a consulting environment.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
Life Sciences, high-tech or other target industry experience is a plus.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
