Our client, a leading organization in the energy and technology sector, is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist I to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Specialist I, you will be supporting the Brand Marketing department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate the company's brand presence and storytelling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization's innovative culture.

Job Title: Marketing Specialist I

Location: Ohio, OH, with the flexibility of remote work

Pay Range: $26.86

What's the Job?

Assist in developing and implementing brand campaigns across print, digital, and experiential channels

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce visually compelling marketing materials

Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand standards and visual identity guidelines

Maintain and update brand assets, templates, and governance resources

Support the management of digital asset systems and respond to brand-related inquiries

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint

Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and digital/print production processes

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling
