Administrative Assistant - Steam Operations

A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations for Steam Turbine manufacturing and service operations. Your day will involve coordinating supply orders, managing meeting logistics, supporting employee onboarding/offboarding, and facilitating shipping and facility requests. You'll interact with internal teams, customers, and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

How You'll Make anImpact

ManageARIBA ordering for office and operational supplies.

Organizemeetings, training and events (All Employee Meetings, Town Halls,Workshops etc.) for Steam Operations and support teams by coordinatingroom bookings, catering services and relevant logistics.

Organizecustomer meetings, including visit plans, room setup, catering, andfacility tours.

Submitand track EMCOR/BUDD facility service requests for facility needs.

Leadonboarding for new employees as super-user (identity management, emailaccount, PKI card, phone, laptop, etc.), as well as Facilitate employeeoffboarding processes as required.

Provideshipping support via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers.

What You Bring

A associate's degree within a related field.

2+years of experience in an administrative or an office support role.

Familiaritywith ARIBA, SAP or similar procurement platforms.

Strongorganizational and multitasking skills!

Effectivecommunication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite and enterprise systems.

Abilityto handle confidential information with discretion.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
