What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant HR Support? You'll be:

Developing advanced knowledge of contract language for attendance and discipline processes while reporting to the HR Manager.

Creating daily attendance reports and providing daily progress/status updates.

Holding daily attendance meetings with employees and union representation to address attendance issues.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a High School Diploma/GED; a Bachelor's degree in human resources is preferred.

Possess solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (2+ years of experience).

Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
