Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will support senior leadership and oversee strategic operations to ensure the office runs efficiently and maintains high standards of attention to detail. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

Provide advanced administrative support to executives and department heads, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.

Manage schedules, prioritize communications, and handle requests on behalf of senior leadership.

Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.

Coordinate office logistics, events, and project timelines.

Foster positive relationships across departments and with external partners.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

At least 3 years of experience in administrative, executive assistant, or office management roles.

Proven ability to support senior leadership, preferably at the C-suite or VP level.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
