The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of product lines throughout their lifecycle-from ideation and development to launch, sales, aftersales, and discontinuance.
Summary of Duties:
Portfolio Management & Offer Development
Define and execute the marketing strategy for assigned product lines.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap in coordination with senior management, R&T, and other stakeholders.
Lead product development vision, ensuring customer needs are represented in technical and innovation roadmaps.
Identify opportunities and risks by monitoring market trends, customer expectations, and industry standards.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing proactive vision for product and client base development.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
Lead value exploration, definition and validation initiatives on identified opportunities and market needs, translating it into viable concepts
Trigger, support and guide R&T and R&D projects with market and business inputs, ensuring it's in line with the defined strategy and targeted value
Create business product specifications and ensure requirements are met during development phases.
Create the marketing strategy of new products/solutions
Build business models and business plans to support new product launches and feature enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&T, Sales, Marketing, Program Management) to drive product success.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and manage partnerships supporting product development.
Coordinate tests with customers and users on value propositions, concepts, proto@types, to inform our innovation and development activities.
Perform field studies and tests with customers
Monitor existing offer performance and adequacy to market needs
Commercial Approach & Promotion
Translate marketing strategy into actionable commercial roadmaps and strategies
Guide and train sales teams on new products, services, and features.
Support and lead product promotion campaigns and communication strategies.
Prepare and support the definition of commercial strategies to achieve growth objectives
Stakeholder Management
Maintain healthy relationships with external technology partners and integrators.
Represent the company in development projects and commercial collaborations when necessary
Interface with customers (airlines, lessors, OEMs), ensuring market awareness and product performance feedback, for instance to feed our strategy or innovation projects

The expected salary range for this position is between $70,310 - $91,870 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
Candidate skills & requirements
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (product/service development, product management or similar), in a B2B environment. Experience in project management. If no master degree, equivalent experience from a different education background is ok.
Education: Master's Degree in Marketing or Business, plus relevant business experience
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Experience in an aerospace environment, preferably aircraft interiors or systems, or in business development of technical products.
Other Skills:
Strong computer skills, including MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French is a plus).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset, reliability, and proactive attitude.
