The Marketing Specialist II plays a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies and events. This mid-level position requires a solid understanding of marketing principles and the ability to manage projects independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Plans and implements multi-channel marketing campaigns

Coordinates and executes marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and client-facing experiences

Analyzes campaigns and event performance and provides actionable insights

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

May manage content calendars and oversee content production

Stays up to date on industry trends

Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

2-4 years of marketing experience

Strong writing and editing skills

Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong project management and organizational skills

Creative and innovative thinker

Proficiency in the English language is required
