Responsibilities for a Data Scientist include but are not limited to:

Support business unit strategic planning by providing a strategic view on machine learning technologies and findings.

Analyze multi-terabyte datasets to extract actionable insights and recommend courses of action that improve operational performance.

Develop and deploy predictive analytics projects while educating stakeholders on advanced analytics capabilities through presentations and workshops.

Candidates for Data Scientist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline such as Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Statistics.

4-7 years of experience developing hypotheses, applying machine learning algorithms, and validating results using Python, R, or Scala.

Strong knowledge in at least two areas of statistical modeling, data mining, artificial intelligence, or data visualization within a Unix-based environment.

Pay: 89.65 / HOUR

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday (Hybrid schedule with Tuesday-Thursday in office)

Pay Details: $89.65 per hour
