Position Overview

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong hands-on expertise in .NET technologies to lead and deliver high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, proven delivery management experience, and prior exposure to the healthcare domain (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET-based applications and solutions.

Provide hands-on technical guidance in architecture, design, development, and code reviews.

Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, DevOps, and architecture.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprint delivery.

Monitor performance metrics and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.

Support production releases, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

Strong understanding of SQL Server and database design.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Proven experience managing delivery teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have:

Experience in the healthcare domain (e.g., payments processing, payer systems, EDI, HIPAA compliance).

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
