Loan Officer Assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to support our Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers. This role is essential in keeping our mortgage pipeline moving quickly and accurately. What You'll Do

Set up new mortgage applications, including printing applications and credit reports

Track and route incoming loan volume to the appropriate team members

Assist with retrieving and preparing closed loan files for secondary marketing

Answer, direct, and document incoming calls from members

Prepare and send marketing materials, disclosures, and member packages

Schedule appointments for Loan Officers and processors

Provide general mortgage-related information to members

Review and process appraisal invoices

Maintain organized files-copying, faxing, and scanning as needed

Generate basic reports for tracking purposes

Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and company policies

Support additional administrative tasks as assigned

What You'll Need

Ability to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System

Basic administrative, customer service, and research skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Familiarity with mortgage products or financial services (preferred)

Experience with word processing and spreadsheets

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
