We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant in the Coppell, TX area, to join our team. As a vital member of the administrative support team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, contributing positively to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Job Title: Bilingual Admin Assistant

Location: Coppell, TX

Pay Range: $18-$20

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm - This is a temp to hire opportunity.

What's the Job?

Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence management

Support team members with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination

Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in documentation

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in bilingual capacity

Contribute to process improvements and support special projects as needed

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of administrative or related experience

Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

Effective communication skills in bilingual (English and another language) capacity

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
