Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Requirements Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will help shape and support a dynamic government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) solution that delivers powerful capabilities to end users across the SOCAFRICA enterprise. This position is located in Stuttgart, Germany (International Assignment) NO REMOTE WORK
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide on-site daily support for a GOTS solution at SOCAFRICA.
Travel as needed to provide remote training and support to customer sites across the AOR.
Serve as the primary site advocate for Parsons solutions and capabilities.
Train users on proper use of the solution and best practices.
Manage user and group accounts within the software.
Collect and document requirements from current and potential user communities.
Advise on and recommend updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to maximize solution value and mission impact.
Compile, consolidate, and organize data and information into clear, accurate reports.
Responsible for interfacing with multiple stakeholders to assess and understand the requirements to ensure that user stories are consistent and applicable across all products. Is responsible for overseeing functional and non-functional requirements for multiple products within the project team.
Test new software releases and assist with frequent solution deployments in a fast-paced environment.
Reconcile conflicts; decompose high-level information into the appropriate level of detail for team members; and participate in peer reviews of requirements documentation.

Perform system administration tasks under the direction of senior, off-site technical staff.
Document, analyze and review software requirements for a large software development team responsible for development, test, installation, customer interface and O&M activities for several applications supporting the classification of data and documents
Managing and verifying requirements; capturing detailed descriptions of user needs and product functionality; and ensuring the project team has clear, consistent and testable requirements documented in user stories and completion criteria.
Interfacing with multiple stakeholders to assess and understand the requirements to ensure that user stories are consistent and applicable across all products
Liaise with globally dispersed team members to discuss new solutions and assess their applicability to SOCAFRICA.
Understand SOCAFRICA mission needs and identify how Parsons solutions support and enable those requirements.
Attend meetings with current and prospective users to gather feedback, present capabilities, and build strong relationships.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance.
Experience conducting or supporting military operations and/or exercises.
Bachelor's Degree & 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical, operational, or consulting role.
Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles and theories.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working on small, agile teams.
Understand SOCAFRICA mission needs and identify how Parsons solutions support and enable those requirements.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience working with the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community.
Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to evolving customer requirements.
Motivation and ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and processes.
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
