SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) Functional Consultant

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) Functional Consultant position for our client.

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 10 months

Duties:

Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules to drive business process efficiency.

Design and implement Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Treasury, FSCM, and New GL processes in line with best practices.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and resolve system issues.

Support end-to-end testing, user training, and post-go-live adoption.

Maintain clear documentation and provide ongoing guidance to finance teams.

Accounts Payable (AP)

FSCM

Nice to have:

Controlling (CO)

Material Ledger

Experience:

Hands-on experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules in complex business environments.

Strong understanding of finance processes, SAP best practices, and integration points.

Proven track record working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
