As the transformation program manager of Platform in Merchant Services, you will partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure we have a well-defined Platform Development Life Cycle for the development and commercialization of multiple new capabilities for our clients. In addition to optimizing the delivery of core banking and payments capabilities that our clients leverage today, we have an opportunity to provide adjacent services to these clients in order to deepen relationships, increase client satisfaction, and drive additional customer lifetime value.
As the Platform Transformation Program Manager, you will help ensure the right operating model is in place to drive successful outcomes. For example, you will help to define the right program structure and operating cadence across various teams. You will create a well-defined project plan for operational optimization, prepare status updates for senior leadership, and monitor risk and watch items, escalating for assistance in removing blockers as needed. Next, as a key pre-launch milestone, you will ensure that we meet all required JPMC process requirements for new process launches (e.g., Intake Process Approval). Lastly, post launch, you will create performance monitoring scorecards to track and share the results of initiatives and identify opportunities where further performance optimization efforts may be needed.
Through this role, you will have opportunities to collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-line of business partners including but not limited to product, engineering, marketing, voice of customer, commercialization, and operations across Payment Solutions. You will have regular opportunities to present lifecycle and process updates to senior leadership and showcase your work.
