Executive Assistant (Onsite - Downtown Minneapolis) Salary : $87,000-$90,000 Bonus: $3,000 annually Paid: Bi-weekly Status: Non-exempt & overtime eligible Position Summary Beacon Hill is partnering with a leading financial services firm in Downtown Minneapolis to hire a high-performing Executive Assistant. This role is the sole Executive Assistant position within a small office of professionals and will provide dedicated support to 4-6 Senior Bankers. The ideal candidate will have previous financial services experience in an executive support capacity , bringing strong professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-performance environment. They will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, anticipate needs, and proactively offer ideas to help increase efficiency and leverage senior leadership's time effectively. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to Senior Bankers Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling logistics Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and support follow-up actions Draft, edit, and manage confidential correspondence and presentations Maintain professionalism and maturity while handling sensitive information Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflow Interface with internal and external stakeholders to support daily operations Assist with special projects and business initiatives as assigned Required Qualifications Financial services industry background required Prior executive support experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Professional maturity, discretion, and strong business judgment Proactive mindset with curiosity and drive to improve processes Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
