Job Title: Training Coordinator Location: Lakeville, Minnesota Company: Interstate Companies Inc. Pay Range: Up to $25.00/HR (DOE) The Training Coordinator will support the training function at Interstate Companies Inc. Responsible for communicating with participants, scheduling space, assisting with invoicing, coordinating all aspects of the training schedule. This position will also be the administrative lead on the Learning Management System (LMS), helping branch management on access issues, assignment and crediting assistance, report and compliance review, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Maintain training records (schedules, attendee lists, attendance sheets) Schedule classrooms to include set up, tools, equipment, meals and participant guides Prepare and disseminate materials Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants Handle account receivables and invoices Reporting on training activities and results Administrative expert on learning management system, assist with access set up, issues, assignments and reporting Assist with scheduling of leadership development program Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience in learning management system preferred Outstanding communication skills Strong attention to detail Excellent organization and multitasking ability Desire to take on new projects, learn and be challenged BENEFITS Broad range of health (medical, dental and vision) insurance options Flexible paid time off and paid holidays 401(K) with company match Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
