Join Baxter's R&D Mechanical Engineering team and gain hands-on experience developing life-saving medical technologies. This Co-Op is your chance to work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to meaningful projects, and build skills that will set you apart in your career. What You'll Be Doing Work with engineers, designers, and technicians to solve real technical challenges. Support design efforts from early proto@types to production-ready solutions. Assist with product testing and data analysis to ensure quality and performance. Update designs and drawings that directly support engineering activities. Help troubleshoot issues and participate in root cause investigations. What You'll Bring Familiarity with 3D modeling (Creo 7.0 preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Team player with great communication skills. Organized, dependable, and proactive mindset. Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
