The Center is hiring an Assistant Director of Vocational Support Services to help expand inclusive employment opportunities for neurodivergent individuals. This role oversees key vocational programs including ACCES-VR and OPWDD Waiver funded Services; SEMP, Pre-ETS, Job Placement, ETP, PTE, and CBPV, ensuring strong operations and meaningful outcomes. Schedule: Full Time 35 hr. week Monday Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 24/7 on call must be able to flex work hours to meet department needs. Some Job Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the daily program operations. Ensure quality programming and regulatory compliance. Ensure that the program operates in a safe and fiscally responsible manner. Ensures coordination and timely delivery of all Vocational Support Services. Ensures accurate and timely documentation and submission of all data related to vocational support services. Responsible for direct supervision of VSS Supervisors and ensuring effective supervision and training of all Vocational Support Services staff. Participates in hiring and firing, job performance evaluations, assignment of responsibilities, recommend promotions. On call for program activities that take place after hours.

Job Qualifications: Masters degree in Vocational Rehabilitation preferred. BA/BS in rehabilitation counseling or related field required. 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience supporting neurodivergent people and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in vocational rehabilitation field. Proficient in navigating neurodiversity focused employment services and compliance. Good written and verbal communication skills Technology-enabled professional Able to lift 50 pounds Valid NYS Drivers license required Own a fully insured and reliable automobile
