As a Program Management Director in AIML Solutions, you lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives that align team priorities with lines of business goals and global objectives. You oversee complex program delivery, governance, and change management to drive consistent, measurable outcomes. You foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, build strong stakeholder relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You champion effective resource strategies, operational improvements, and clear decision-making to accelerate execution and results.

Job responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic program plans that align team initiatives with lines of business goals and global priorities.
Oversee complex program and project delivery, managing timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation to achieve successful outcomes.
Provide regular portfolio updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership to focus execution and drive accountability.
Manage the change portfolio, including investment planning, budgeting, reporting, and control frameworks.
Design and implement resource strategies that address skills, roles, location mix, and variable resourcing needs.
Drive operational improvements and innovative operating models to enhance data management efficiency and effectiveness.
Define and track portfolio metrics and performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and benefits realization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across lines of business and corporate functions.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, establish decision-making procedures, and create consensus in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
Promote a high-performance, inclusive culture within project and program teams.
Codify repeatable processes and deliver program playbooks; coordinate across teams to gather status updates and align on deliverables and objectiv
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
10 or more years of experience in transformation, program management, strategy, or leading complex programs in large organizations.
Proven success managing large-scale, complex programs and projects with a strong understanding of methodologies such as Agile.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business needs into actionable, data-driven initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and drive outcomes aligned to firm objectives.
Demonstrated ability to deliver reporting and execute projects both independently and in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to operate effectively with limited direction.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Recognized thought leader within a related field
Experience in the Financial Services industry
Experience with cross-functional collaboration, including influencing stakeholders and working with diverse teams.
Strong data, analytics, or product background.
Familiarity with AI/ML, data management principles, and data & AI technologies and ecosystem.
Prior experience managing teams in a global or regional @context.
