Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work at a facility in Oxford, NY. These are registry positions with our company. $100 Sign-On Bonus

Pay Rate: $80 / hour

*W2

Shift details:

9a-5:30p (includes a 30-minute unpaid meal break) Monday through Friday. Must be available for after hour calls as needed.

Job duties:

A Nurse Practitioner will assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic and

laboratory tests, diagnose disease, formulate and prescribe treatment plans. by means of

interview, health history, physical examination and/or diagnostic testing in collaboration

with a licensed physician or physicians In accordance with a written practice agreement

and written practice protocols that include specialty areas and are agreed upon in advance

by you and the physician of record, your work may include the diagnosis of illness and

physical conditions and the performance of therapeutic and corrective measures.

Performing other duties deemed necessary for patient care is also assumed and required.

Qualifications:

Current Licensure as a Family Health Nurse Practitioner in NewYork State. Must maintain a

valid New York State license and registration. Candidate MUST have completed 3,500

hours of collaboration. Your resume MUST document how you have met the required 3,500

hours in order to qualify for this position.
