Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Software Development & Architecture Branch (MXLP) or Cyber Systems Validation Branch (MXLR) or Tactical Cyber Testing Branch (MXLS), Expeditionary C3 & Cyber Division of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13/14. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the development of the workforce, effective execution of workload consisting of organizational initiatives and objectives, and for providing outstanding support and service to assigned customers. You will plan, distribute, coordinate, and monitor work assignments of subordinates. You will evaluate work performance and provide feedback on their performance. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing direction and oversight on analyzing and evaluating project requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedules, milestones and deliverables for the efficiency of successful program operations.
