Benco Dental is searching for a Marketing Operations Intern - Creative for the Summer 2026 semester.

Ability to work with internal stakeholders and Creative team members to support creative project workflows

Effective organizational and project coordination skills

Ability to communicate effectively, (both written and oral)

Excellent computer, telephone, organizational and project management skill sets

High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines

Detail oriented

Ability to speak and understand English

Interest in creative operations, marketing, branding, or project management

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

Assist the Creative and Marketing Communications team with creative project coordination and workflow support to gain industry knowledge.

Help route creative assets through proofing and approval processes, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Update project plans, status updates, and documentation within the project management system (Wrike) as requested.

Assist with maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation to support team organization and consistency.

Support invoicing processes by helping track and organize necessary documentation.

Monitor and assist in managing the team-s shared email inbox by responding to associate inquiries, providing support, and helping ensure timely and professional customer service.

Participate in job shadowing and attend department meetings to gain a broader understanding of creative and marketing operations.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows or improve organization and share recommendations with the team.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate program pursuing a Marketing degree.

Ability to work 15 hours per week

Ability to work onsite as needed in Pittston, PA
